Mayfair Hotel & Gardens is currently seeking to recruit a Junior Chef for the new sports bar.
Job Role & Responsibilities:
- To ensure that culinary standards are met in according to company’s SOPs.
- To achieve daily tasks required by the operation and guidelines given by the Executive Chef.
- To participate in the preparation of food in accordance to the business requirements, following menu standards and recipes.
- To ensure that all cleanliness and hygiene requirements are met within health and safety standards and to set a good example for personal hygiene and safe working practices.
- To ensure that workplace is always kept hygienically clean.
- Be fully involved in all forms of training within the kitchen.
- Be able to control waste and chemicals.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience in a similar position.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Discreet, efficient and energetic, with pleasant personality.
