Mayfair Hotel & Gardens is currently seeking to recruit a Junior Chef for the new sports bar.

Job Role & Responsibilities:

To ensure that culinary standards are met in according to company’s SOPs.
To achieve daily tasks required by the operation and guidelines given by the Executive Chef.
To participate in the preparation of food in accordance to the business requirements, following menu standards and recipes.
To ensure that all cleanliness and hygiene requirements are met within health and safety standards and to set a good example for personal hygiene and safe working practices.
To ensure that workplace is always kept hygienically clean.
Be fully involved in all forms of training within the kitchen.
Be able to control waste and chemicals.
